Charles Blunier

There are not so many creative agencies left that maintain an aesthetically driven, holistic approach, i.e. pay consequential attention to image, typeface, content, spaces, colours, shapes, materials, etc. One of them is the design studio founded by Charles Blunier. He takes risks in a field where there is no right or wrong answer. And as a result, he has landed nifty clients like Ferrari, The Dolder Grand, Baur au Lac, the Kunsthaus Zürich and UBS. In 2020, he also founded his own high-gloss "Studio Magazin."

Charles Blunier was born in Olten, Switzerland. After his apprenticeship as a retoucher and lithographer, he turned entirely to art and graphic design. After various exhibitions and projects, he moved to Zurich in 1996 and got into advertising. He has been working as an art director for various ad agencies up until 2011, when he founded his own company.

He lives with his wife and daughter near Zurich.
