I met Lisa in the late 90ies where she would stand-in as a fearless model in one of my first photoshoots. Lisa has come a long way since then, as a formidable actress, writer and Emmy nominated director. Always curious, always asking questions and always listening. I am so proud to count her among my friends and can’t wait to share time together again soon.
Lisa Brühlmann is a director, writer and actor, best known for Blue My Mind (2017) and Killing Eve (2019). She was born and raised in Zurich, Switzerland. Before becoming a director, she was acting in numerous film and TV productions. Brühlmann has been nominated for 1 Primetime Emmy for her work on Killing Eve.
